How Should I Act?

The way that you conduct yourself in interview is most important. It is not just the way that you answer questions, your knowledge and experience that are being considered, but your mannerisms and any indicator of what you are really like.

Interviewers are not just looking at whether you really can do the job on offer, they have to consider whether you would fit in with their company ethos, their existing employees, how much of a team player you would be. the way your personality is put across is a major part of your interview and can make a real difference between success and failure.
